What's happening in the world of Jan's Fine Glass?
Boy time flys when you are having fun (or in my case, creating glass and limestone pieces for the gallery) Some truly great inspiration has come from my recent travels to Greece, Turkey and Italy... which was "Two months of pure visual delight". :) We also went to see Kevin McLoud's live show at Hamer Hall, Melbourne - which I felt was a real eye-opener, encouraging me to creative and design in glass and limestone - looking beyond. However, I feel we are still recovering from our 'post pandemic' era, and I think we can all agree that our economy has not bounced back to what it once was - Living in general is 'expensive'! Materials and cost of living have certainly risen and therefore that has to be considered... however, I try my best to stay reasonably priced in the art world. Commissions are always welcomed (within reason and if I believe I can deliver).
